Jennifer Aniston
Word has it that Aniston, 37, wanted to correct an earlier nose job since she had it
done more than a decade ago. So she went to esteemed Indian plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia.
”The Break-Up” and “Friends” star reportedly had the surgery Jan. 20 after filming the
upcoming Mar. 27 episode of “Dirt” on FX, in which Aniston
plays a lesbian and has a love scene with bosom buddy Courteney Cox,
the series’ creator and lead star.

Claiming that it wasn't solely done for the sake of vanity,
Ashley Tisdale stated that she got the plastic surgery to fix a
deviated septum - the same excuse used by Ashlee Simpson, Jennifer Aniston,
Cameron Diaz and others for performing Rhinoplasty surgery.

Ashley Simpson was reported to have had an operation to remove a bump from her nose in April.
In 2006, Simpson debuted a more diminutive nose. Many speculated it was the result of plastic surgery.
Now, In Touch Weekly claims Simpson didn't just stop with a new nose. In their latest issue,
the magazine claims Simpson is getting Botox injections once a month.

Katie Holmes
Katie Holmes, who previously sported a shorter pug nose with a rounded nose ridge and tip,
now has a more elongated nose with a narrower, straighter bridge and thinned out tip.
Her nose looks quite thinner in the after photo, the possible result of a Rhinoplasty with removal of part of the nasal cartilage.
This surgery is often performed using a "closed" technique, where all the scars are inside the nose.
